as possible. We welcome your calls and e mails requesting
more information about our products, sizing, etc. that
may eliminate some of the guess work in ordering.
Return Policy
You have up to 30 days from date of purchase to request
an exchange or a full refund with no questions asked
and no restocking fee. The item must not have been worn
and in the same condition it was shipped by us, with
all the tags attached and the accompanying packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns should
be shipped by an insured carrier.
RMA Policy
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued
by our Customer Service Department. All merchandise
received without a valid RMA # will be refused. To obtain
an RMA number you may e mail us at (customerservice@collars2cuffs.com)
or call us at 800 438-7848. Please enclose your receipt
with your credit card # and a note letting us know if
you want an exchange or a refund.
